JSM Moves and Stores During Manor Vail Restoration

Monday, April 27th, 2009

CENTENNIAL, CO-Apr. 23 –Johnson Storage & Moving Co.-agent for United Van Lines, the nation’s largest moving company- worked with Manor Vail’s General Manager, Leana Roberts, to itemize and move more than 10,0000 items emptied from condominium units that were vacated in preparation for an extensive remodel and expansion of this slope side property.  All items were stored at the Johnson secured warehouse in Denver.

“I tell people I’ve moved 246 times in the last year-and-a-half,” said Roberts, as quoted in the Vail Daily.

Located at 595 East Vail Valley Drive in Vail, Colorado,  Manor Vail has reopened after closing for over a year for a major renovation which included the addition of a fourth floor.  Many of Denver’s most prominent citizens own property in this landmark Vail building.  The sale price for the expansion units rivaled record setting prices for Vail which can top $3,000 per square foot.
