Thank you for your kind words. I'm reminded by stories like yours of
the high standard I must hold myself and my associates to as we rarely
know our customers' personal stories.

I recently moved with Johnson Storage and Moving and had quite the opposite experience. I have two small children and just lost my husband overseas in Iraq. They handled everything to get me back home to San Diego where I had family to help and support me with such a rough time. Johnson Sales staff were helpful and never minded going above and beyond for me and my kids.

The day of the move the driver and his men were great. Working around the children and helping with things they did not even have to do. They were great and all of my worldly possesions were safely moved without any damage.

Thank you Ms. Gray for your comment. We are required to provide our claim settlement offer in writing, not verbally. In our last conversation with Ms. Gray, we advised her that once she received the written offer, she should review it and contact us with any objections she may have to the offer.

After the moving truck broke down ,took in water, and was delayed in FL, many of our goods were damaged. The move was from VA to TX in August of 2008. It has been 10 months and we still have been unable to resolve our moving claim. In October of 2008 the moving companys own estimator conservatively reported approximately $6,000 in repair damages NOT including a broken computer. I have spent many hours trying to facilitate and expedite resolution but have experienced repeated non responsiveness. Finally today I was told that that Johnson Moving is willing to pay out only $5,653.
